1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the donbet platform, available at donbet.cam ("the Platform", "the Site", "donbet", "we", "us", "our"). Donbet operates as an English-language online betting and casino information platform serving Pakistani users.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and donbet. By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or using any feature or service offered through the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms unless the context otherwise requires:

3Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform you confirm that:

• You are of legal age to access gambling-related content in your jurisdiction — at minimum 18 years of age, or such higher age as required by the applicable operator's license jurisdiction.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Donbet reserves the right to refuse access to any User who does not meet these requirements or who is found to have provided false or misleading information at any stage.

4Account Eligibility

Access to the Platform and account registration is subject to the following eligibility conditions. Users who do not meet these conditions are prohibited from registering or continuing to use the Platform.

4.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on the Platform. In jurisdictions where the legal minimum age for gambling-related activity is higher than 18, the higher age applies. Donbet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and to suspend or terminate accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

4.2 Geographic Restrictions

The Platform is available globally to users who can lawfully access gambling information content in their jurisdiction. Donbet does not represent that the Platform or any Operator service referenced herein is legally accessible from Pakistan or any other specific country. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local law.

4.3 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether to circumvent account restrictions, claim multiple bonuses or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds therein.

4.4 Excluded Persons

The following persons are ineligible to register or use the Platform:

• Persons under 18 years of age or the applicable higher legal minimum.
• Persons who have previously been excluded or banned from the Platform.
• Employees, contractors or immediate family members of donbet or any associated Operator where a conflict of interest may arise.
• Persons who are subject to a self-exclusion order from any gambling operator and who have not completed the applicable exclusion period.

5Account Registration

5.1 Registration Information

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

5.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Donbet will not be liable for any loss, damage or unauthorised transactions arising from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

5.3 Account Security

You must notify donbet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. You agree to cooperate fully with any investigation into suspected unauthorised account activity. Donbet reserves the right to suspend an account pending investigation where unauthorised access is suspected.

5.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting donbet support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time. Donbet reserves the right to close an account at its sole discretion where these Terms have been breached.

6Deposits & Payments

6.1 Available Payment Methods

Available deposit and payment methods are determined by the Operator and may change at any time. Pakistani payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are mentioned on this Platform as contextual references familiar to Pakistani users only. Their inclusion does not constitute a guarantee of availability, nor does it imply endorsement, support or affiliation with online gambling by any of these providers.

6.2 Deposit Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited on the Platform originate from a payment source that belongs to you personally. Deposits made using payment methods registered in the name of a third party may be voided, and associated balances forfeited, pending investigation.

6.3 Currency

The Platform uses Pakistani Rupee (PKR / Rs) as a contextual currency reference throughout its content. Actual currency processing and conversion are subject to Operator policy and may incur fees or exchange-rate adjustments at the time of transaction.

6.4 Fees

7Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that vary by promotion. These terms include, but are not limited to, wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions while a bonus is active, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps applicable to bonus-derived winnings.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the total aggregate bet amount that must be placed before any bonus balance or winnings attributed to a bonus can be withdrawn as real funds. For example, a bonus of PKR 1,000 subject to a 30x wagering requirement would require PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before withdrawal eligibility is established. These figures are illustrative only; actual requirements are set by the Operator.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Donbet reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse related winnings and close accounts where it determines, at its sole reasonable discretion, that bonus abuse has occurred. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using a bonus in a manner clearly designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional offers in bad faith.

7.4 Welcome Bonuses & First-Deposit Offers

Welcome bonuses are generally available to new registered users making their first qualifying deposit. Eligibility, deposit minimums, match percentages and associated wagering requirements are defined by the Operator at the time of the offer and are subject to change. Donbet presents these offers on an informational basis and does not guarantee their continued availability.

7.5 Referral & Reload Offers

Referral bonuses — offered when an existing player successfully invites a new user to register — and reload bonuses for returning players are both subject to their own specific bonus terms. All referral arrangements must be genuine; fabricated referrals will be treated as bonus abuse.

8Withdrawals

8.1 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions being met in full:

• The User's identity has been verified in accordance with the KYC requirements set out in Section 9.
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to any active bonus have been satisfied.
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold applicable to the chosen withdrawal method.
• The account is in good standing with no active compliance holds or fraud investigation flags.
• The withdrawal destination account belongs to the registered account holder — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

8.2 Processing Times

Donbet does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times, as these are determined solely by the Operator and the relevant payment provider. Users should verify estimated processing windows directly in the cashier or via operator support before submitting a withdrawal request.

8.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are set by the Operator and may vary by payment method, account tier and jurisdictional requirements. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.

8.4 Pending Withdrawal Reversals

Some operators permit reversal of pending withdrawal requests during a processing period. Donbet strongly advises against reversing a confirmed withdrawal request. Once a reversal is made, the funds return to the playable balance and any previously satisfied wagering requirements may no longer apply.

9Identity Verification (KYC)

9.1 Verification Requirement

In accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gambling requirements, identity verification may be required at any point during the account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to processing a first withdrawal, following a large single transaction, or at the Operator's discretion.

9.2 Accepted Documents

Documents typically accepted for KYC purposes for Pakistani users may include:

• A valid, current CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) issued by NADRA.
• A valid Pakistani passport (photo page).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) where required — typically not older than three months.

9.3 Document Integrity

All documents submitted for KYC purposes must be genuine, unaltered and belong to the account holder. Submission of falsified, altered or third-party documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms, may constitute fraud under applicable law, and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

10Responsible Gambling

10.1 Commitment to Responsible Play

Donbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all content and platform features. Gambling is a form of entertainment that carries inherent financial risk. It should never be used as a means of generating income, recovering financial losses, or managing personal difficulties.

10.2 Available Tools

11Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts or facilitating the registration of multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or circumvent restrictions.
• Using automated scripts, bots or other software tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended by donbet.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, chargebacks or payment manipulation.
• Attempting to access, alter or corrupt Platform systems, databases or security features.
• Sharing account access with, or gambling on behalf of, any third party.
• Colluding with other players in any form of organised scheme to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC or at any other stage of account use.
• Accessing the Platform in violation of applicable law, including from jurisdictions where such access is prohibited.

12Intellectual Property

All content published on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, design elements, guides, reviews and page layouts — is the intellectual property of donbet or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use Platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, frame, mirror, distribute or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of donbet.

The donbet name, logo and associated brand elements are trademarks of donbet. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

13Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Donbet provides the Platform and all content on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
• Donbet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Donbet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Donbet shall not be liable for the acts or omissions of any third-party Operator, payment provider or other service referenced on the Platform.
• Information published on the Platform is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial or professional advice of any kind.
• Donbet shall not be liable for gambling losses incurred as a result of acting on information published on the Platform.

14Amendments to Terms

Donbet reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

15Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which donbet is registered. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.

Donbet does not represent that the Platform or its Terms are compliant with the laws of Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.
